Jason Dumitru, co-owner and clinical director of Zoe Counseling Center in Arizona, as well as co-owner of its sister company, Hope Counseling Center, is a dynamic leader and active practitioner dedicated to advancing mental health care. With a strong vision for integrative therapy, he oversees the operations of both centers, drives their shared mission to provide trauma-informed, client-centered care, and actively recruits talented professionals to join his teams. Open to forging meaningful connections, Jason is committed to building a collaborative network to enhance mental health services across both organizations.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Jason specializes in working with adolescent and adult men facing challenges such as identity crises, life transitions, codependence, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression. His direct, coaching-like approach blends exploration of underlying therapeutic themes with practical guidance, fostering lasting change. He also enjoys working with couples and family systems, particularly those seeking a Biblical focus to overcome barriers in communication, connection, and commitment.

Certified as a Level 1 Brainspotting Therapist, approaching his work from a trauma-informed and attachment/systemic lens, Jason employs the Developmental Model of Immaturity, creating a non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and embrace emotional vulnerability. His practice emphasizes discernment, hope, and empowerment, helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes.
