Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Background

I believe that even in seasons when life feels overwhelming or relationships feel stuck, there is room for hope, healing, and meaningful change. It is a privilege to walk alongside teens, adults, and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relational disconnection, and difficult life transitions. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, understood in your experiences, and supported as you grow.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy from a family systems and attachment perspective, recognizing how deeply our relationships and past experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. Together, we can slow down, become curious about what is underneath the struggle, and create new ways of responding.

My faith is an important part of who I am and shapes the way I see each person—with inherent worth, dignity, and the capacity for growth and healing. I welcome the opportunity to incorporate faith into our work when it is meaningful to you, while also creating a space where you can come exactly as you are.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Gottman Method, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring our work to your unique story and needs. My goal is not simply to give you tools, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, and move toward greater freedom, connection, and hope.
